But some malignant prick living in the Habitat can. Somehow the bread got perfectly placed on top of the grill so that the bag was flat on the top. Then that same malignant prick fires up the grill. And watches. And vigilantly fucking supervises. As the image is perfectly transferred from the bag to the top of the grill.

An accident? I call bullshit on this theory. After some consideration I have concluded that it is the most unlikely accident. Those bread bags are thin. They are prone to spontaneous fucking combustion. There is no way I can be convinced it's an accident. The bread was accidentally put on the grill in the perfect conformation, basted to perfection, and then taken off the grill at precisely the right moment, seconds before destruction by fire - and the resulting transfer left there - not cleaned off? When it would have been easier to scrub off hot?

But why? To what end would someone do such a thing? I need Sherlock Holmes for this one. There is another clue for those hardened skeptics among you. There is indeed a domestic Moriarty here for me to foil.

A quick search for "towels" on the internet, shows us the huge array of textiles, styles, finishes and weights of towel that are available...

With so much choice now, how can anyone decide which towels and what prices are appropriate for your needs?

All towels will have a fabric weight, you will see references to "gsm" weight, and put simply, this just means the density or "amount" of fabric that has been used to make that particular towel. We believe that any towel that is below about 400gsm will feel and look thin and possibly "cheap" (hold it up to the light and see how translucent it is), but if that is what you want, it will no doubt "do the job" perfectly well.

10 Critical Ways To A Perfectly Food-Safe Kitchen

London - Sales of tea towels are booming as parents use them as headdresses for their children in primary school Nativity plays, Sainsbury's supermarket said on Monday.

So great is the demand - known in the trade as the Bethlehem Boost - that Sainsbury's has ordered extra supplies.

"Our sales figures show that, this year, most Nativity play actors will be wearing multi-striped herringbone tea towels," said a Sainsbury spokesperson.

Sales of a more sophisticated tea towel, with yellow, blue brown and white stripes are also going well.

"We suspect these are being chosen by Virgin Marys who want to stand out from the crowd and make a fashion statement", she added.

Embroidered Tea Towel

SUPPLIES
1 tea towel
1 embroidery transfer
Iron
Embroidery thread, needle
Embroidery hoop
Scissors

DIRECTIONS

Set the iron temperature to high. Lay down your tea towel and place the transfer face down where you would like it to be. Make sure to leave enough room so you can attach the hoop. Tape or hold the pattern firmly in place and glide the iron over the design. You need to do it only two or three times, pressing hard so a light trace of the design will appear. Don't make it too dark because you don't want it to show after you've embroidered it. Peel off the transfer and save it for future use.

Attach the hoop around the design, so that the fabric is tight like a drum. Thread the needle with a 12-inch strand of thread. Leave a 1-inch tail extending from the top of the needle and tie a knot at the other end.

Find your starting point and bring the needle up through the bottom of the design and out the top. Bring the needle back down. Continue the process until you've outlined the entire design, switching thread colors as desired.

When you finish, turn the piece over, snip the thread, tie it in a knot at the base of the fabric and snip excess. Iron the towel so it is crisp.
